How often should I schedule follow-up appointments?

Follow-up frequency depends on your condition and treatment response. Typically, diabetes patients need monthly visits initially, then quarterly once stabilized. Thyroid patients may need follow-ups every 2-3 months. Dr. Divya will create a personalized monitoring schedule for you.

Can I contact the clinic for urgent health concerns?

Yes, you can call +91 8297822222 for urgent concerns (available 9 AM - 9 PM). For medical emergencies, please visit the nearest hospital immediately. We also provide WhatsApp support for quick queries and appointment scheduling.

Do you offer telemedicine or online consultations?

Yes. Dr. Divya consults online as well as at the clinic, and an online consultation is a full consultation — your history, a review of your reports and a plan, not just a repeat prescription. Book it the same way as any other appointment: call +91 8297822222 or message the clinic on WhatsApp. Some things still need you in the room — the foot and nerve check, bloods, ECG and 2D Echo are all done at the clinic — so where a full work-up is due, an in-person visit is the better use of the appointment.
